"By the decision of the Basmanny District Court of the city of Moscow dated October 27, 2021, a preventive measure in the form of house arrest was chosen against the accused Sergei Valentinovich Kelbakh, for a period until December 11," TASS quoted the press service of the court as saying.
Earlier it was reported that the Investigative Committee of Russia applied to the court with a petition to detain the former head of Avtodor Sergei Kelbakh until December 11.
In 2019, a criminal case was opened against the former head of Avtodor, Sergei Kelbakh.
He is suspected of misusing funds during the construction of the Central Ring Road in the Moscow region.
