"The court received a petition to choose a measure of restraint in the form of detention until December 11 in relation to Kelbakh Sergei Valentinovich," TASS quoted the press service of the court.

In 2019, it was reported that a criminal case had been opened against the former head of Avtodor, Sergei Kelbakh.

He is suspected of misusing funds in the construction of the Central Ring Road (TsKAD) in the Moscow Region.

In the UK, the damage was estimated at 2 billion rubles.
