According to preliminary data, all passengers who were in a hard landing under the Irkutsk plane are alive, one is in serious condition, the Investigative Committee reported. A criminal case has been initiated on the fact of the accident.

A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art.
263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Violation of traffic safety rules and transport operation”).
