“Work has been completed to free the people trapped in the aircraft hull,” the ministry said.
It is noted that "according to updated information, 12 people were injured and, unfortunately, 4 people died."
The incident took place on September 12th.
The L-410 passenger aircraft made a hard landing in the Irkutsk region, there were 16 people on board.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case.
