“At 20:25, a message was received in the operational duty shift of the CMC about a fire in a non-residential building in the urban district of Ramenskoye, Turaevskoye highway, 19,” the message says.
It is noted that at 21:23 firefighters localized the fire.
Earlier, in the Omsk region, two people died in a fire in the village of Lyubinsky, two more managed to escape.
