The wife supported her lawsuit with a photocopy of the criminal judgment issued by the court (the Family Prosecution), the judge in the presence of the judge convicting the defendant of the crime of assaulting the integrity of her body, the fine judgment of 2000 dirhams, with the obligation to pay judicial fees, and the referral of the plaintiff’s civil claim to the competent civil court, and a photocopy of The medical report showing the case of the medical examination in the presence of physical assault (biting) on ​​the back, arm and forearm, while the husband submitted a reply note, in which he ended up rejecting the case, and it was decided to refer the file to the relevant department.

During the consideration of the case, the wife decided that she is demanding compensation for the effects of beating and biting, material and moral damage, and when the court asked her whether she had any disability or handicaps, it decided that there was no disability or disability, and that she was demanding a penal ruling, while the husband adhered to what was previously presented, and to provide A note on the electronic requests, and the parties requested to reserve the case for judgment

For its part, the court stated in the merits of the ruling that the judgment issued in the criminal case is valid in the civil case before the civil courts, noting that the criminal judgment indicated that the husband assaulted the integrity of his wife's body, by inflicting on her the injuries shown in the primary medical report, which she was unable to do. For her personal business for a period not exceeding 20 days, and the verdict has convicted the defendant for assaulting the integrity of the plaintiff's body, and this ruling has been authentic by missing the deadlines for appeal.

The court ruled to oblige the husband to pay the wife an amount of 5000 dirhams, and the legal interest at 4% until the date of its becoming final, and the interest starts from that date until full payment, with the obligation to pay fees and expenses.
