The incident happened at 23.30 in the center of the Hand. The shooter was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but was alert and talkable when the ambulance arrived.
The police have launched a preliminary investigation into attempted murder. The crime scene is blocked off and a crime scene investigation is to be conducted by forensic technicians.

No one is arrested for the crime.
