The woman was charged with two counts of minor drug offenses and drunk driving, so-called drug drunk driving. She has been found to have amphetamines in her body at times. The woman has admitted that she drove a car on occasions when she was stopped by police, but denied crime.

In her defense, she stated that she did not use drugs, but used drugs. These do not contain amphetamine.

Drinking urine several times

However, she has a partner who abuses amphetamines, and she has said that they have an unconventional sex life.

She explained that she drank the partner's urine several times, which may explain the results of the analysis. This must have happened the night before she was stopped one of the times.

The district court considers that a proven intent is required to convict of the crime, and that the prosecutor has not been able to refute the woman's statement.

Not a very unlikely explanation

Although the district court does not find the explanation to be entirely convincing, it is also not entirely improbable. Therefore, the woman is completely freed from the charges.
