"It is a score which crowns six years of work, pragmatism, daily work, exchanges with the Biterrois, who are happy to have a mayor listening," reacted earlier in the evening Robert Ménard, on Via Occitanie, when a third of the ballots had been counted. “I am a mayor who makes promises, and keeps them. But now I have other things in mind, the epidemic that is hitting our country. "
