“For the first time following the results of the meeting of the Contact Group for the Settlement of the Conflict in the Donbass, the obligations of the parties are fixed in the final protocol of the meeting, which was transmitted to the OSCE Secretariat,” he said.
He explained that the protocol set out the obligations of the parties, mainly Kiev and the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass, which should be implemented in a limited time.
According to him, "the obligations relate to the preparation of the exchange of prisoners, the development of compromise proposals on the areas of the separation of forces and assets and the creation of an advisory council on political issues."
Earlier, the deputy head of the Russian administration Dmitry Kozak said that the parties to the conflict in the Donbass agreed to identify new sections of the withdrawal of forces along the contact line.
