The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has launched a new smart channel, entitled "Salik Virtual Assistant", to provide "Salik" services through the system "Salik Chat Bot" available on the website "Salik" www.salik.gov.ae .

The authority clarified that this technology comes within the framework of the authority’s strategy to provide the best services to customers, in line with the government's directions to adopt the best electronic solutions to achieve people's happiness, and enabled the customers, through the new “virtual Salik Assistant” system, to receive a quick and easy response to their inquiries and questions via The automatic response through the quick chat channel on the website, as well as providing information about the balance of the "Salik" account, and recharging the balance, and that if the default assistant is unable to answer the customers' inquiries, the customer is automatically transferred to Concerned staff to respond to any inquiries.

Regarding the procedural services provided by the new smart channel, the authority stated that the customer can recharge the "Salik" balance by paying with a credit card or the card voucher number available at the outlets, by entering the phone number registered in the "Salik" system and the vehicle plate number, confirming that This technology comes within the framework of synchronization with the Emirates strategy for artificial intelligence, and achieving the goal of "smart Dubai" and the goal of "making people happy".
