  Looking at the port, automation technology level and application scale remain at the forefront. At present, my country has built 18 automated container terminals and 27 automated terminals are under construction (including renovation). The overall technical level of smart ship locks is at the forefront of the world, and the level of navigation dispatch, security inspection, monitoring, operation and maintenance, and service intelligence is constantly improving; the mileage of electronic waterway maps has reached more than 17,000 kilometers, and the published mileage exceeds 5,700 kilometers; some high-grade inland waterways can Realize rapid online collection and automated, real-time, and three-dimensional monitoring of basic elements such as navigation marks, water levels, and channel work vessels.

Adapt measures to local conditions and provide classified guidance to orderly promote smart port production, waterway maintenance, etc.

  In Shanghai Port, all cargo loading and unloading have been remotely controlled, and intelligent transportation equipment such as automatic guided vehicles have been applied on a large scale; in Huanghua Port, stackers, reclaimers and dumpers have been remotely controlled, and automated transformations such as grab door operators have also been gradually applied; In cross-provincial waterways such as the Xijiang Shipping Trunk Line and the Jialing River, joint dispatching of navigation buildings becomes possible.

  In terms of ports, we focus on promoting smart production. Accelerate the automation construction or transformation of container terminals in qualified international hub seaports and inland river ports such as Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port, and Qingdao Port, and accelerate the "turnover" and "stacking" of qualified dry bulk cargo terminals such as Qinhuangdao Port, Tangshan Port, and Huanghua Port. At the same time, we will promote the construction of port shore power information systems and encourage multi-energy complementation of clean energy and iterative upgrades of equipment.
