The employees of the Khorfakkan Department of the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority discussed in the workshop organized by the authority in the Burj Al Adwani Heritage area in the presence of the Chairman of the authority, Dr. Eng. Rashid Al-Lim, 45 creative proposals and ideas put forward by the employees to transform them into an action plan aimed at developing projects and facing challenges, and setting opportunities to improve the level of performance in Khor Fakkan and develop strategic goals.

Al-Lim explained that the authority continues to develop its work and smart transformation in providing services and applying the latest technology through relying on creative ideas and initiatives that contribute to developing work areas, achieving job satisfaction and customer satisfaction, and achieving a qualitative shift that contributes to the continuation of the development process to match global levels in areas her job.

He pointed out that the ideas that were received by the authority since the launching of workshops and continuous development sessions were studied and many of them were converted to action plans that are implemented at specific time stages. The locations of dialogue sessions with employees and workshops were chosen so that they are in open places and prominent landmarks in different regions of the Emirate of Sharjah To achieve more than one goal, it includes developing the fields of work and developing the knowledge and cultural awareness of employees about the features of the Emirate of Sharjah and its ancient history.

He emphasized that the authority is working to attract creative and talented people, and is working to prepare training programs that develop their creative capabilities and talents, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, to the necessity of strengthening and strengthening the creative and innovative role in all fields, and the concerted efforts of all.

He stressed that the need for people with distinct and creative minds is increasing continuously and regularly, and the work environment needs to constantly develop ideas and talents to rise and achieve success.

The director of Khorfakkan Department, Engineer Ahmed Al-Mulla said that the suggestions and ideas presented by Khorfakkan administration employees during the workshop varied and included several areas, including developing procedures for developing the skills of human cadres, smart transformation in serving subscribers, implementing innovative projects to preserve the environment and developing a system of communication with the masses.
