Shots and a lot of confusion. Palm Beach police confirmed that they arrested two suspects on Friday after a chase that ended near the Donald Trump residence in Mar-a-lago, Florida. The American president and his wife were not there but must go there for the weekend.

According to the Palm Beach sheriff, the chased vehicle forced two security checkpoints, forcing guards or police to open fire. The two suspects were arrested, a priori without being injured.

Donald Trump's residence has been placed in containment, and guests on site will have to wait several hours before they can leave, according to CNN. A press conference should take place at 3 p.m. (9 p.m. Paris time) in the presence of the Secret Service, in charge of protecting American presidents.
