The statement notes that the other side of the conflict must also observe a ceasefire, otherwise a “tough answer” will follow.
Earlier, Russian and Turkish leaders Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation during which they discussed a settlement in Libya, the Kremlin’s press service said.
