The Sharjah Criminal Court sentenced a young Arab man to six months' imprisonment and deportation from the state after the end of his sentence, after he was found guilty of forging tourist visas and official seals attributed to a tourist company in the country.

The details of the incident are returned when the accused, who works as an intermediary for a number of tourist companies, defrauded a tourist company, by exploiting his relationship with one of its employees, and by making visiting visas for a number of people on the company’s sponsorship, and after they came to the state, they refused to leave, and they violated the applicable laws and conditions Moreover, he undertook the forgery of official seals, issuing and canceling a number of tourist visas, in order to obtain their financial value from the company, which made the company file a complaint against it, to restore its rights, and to hold it accountable for its legal violations and crimes committed against the visa owners.

The court had faced the accused with the charges against him, so he denied it, and said that there was another person who was helping him in issuing visas, and when he discovered that most of them were fraudulent, he informed the company of these false visas.
