The Ministry of Health and Community Protection confirmed to «Emirates Today» that it has monitored several violations during the current year, which included medical cadres, health and pharmaceutical facilities. The most prominent violations are the practice of the profession without a license, and the violation of the law of practicing the profession of human medicine. And I mentioned that the penalties ranged between warning License revocation and closure.

In detail, the ministry said that its inspectors, who carry judicial seizure, monitored several violations of health and pharmaceutical facilities and warehouses, which were not to adhere to the sterilization policy, and to seize medical and technical cadres working without obtaining a license to practice the profession, and to start their work facilities before obtaining the final license. It also included monitoring cases of non-compliance with the law of practicing the profession of human medicine, in terms of working in a field other than the license granted by the Ministry.

She confirmed that she implemented penalties ranging from alert, warning, drew, suspension, revocation of license and closure.

The Ministry pointed out that the inspection teams check, during their periodic visits to health facilities, the harmonization of medical and pharmaceutical practices of legislation and laws, in addition to surprise rounds or notifications, based on the cooperation of community members, or through the electronic portal of the Ministry, and organize appropriate records of the violators, in preparation for taking measures Prescribed by health regulations.

The ministry continued: "The temporary closure gives the opportunity to the violating establishments to take the necessary corrective steps, provided that the inspection team visits the installations to ensure their conditions are corrected."
