William Sidenbom happened to see the oyster fight with the salmon a few weeks ago when he visited Hörnån south of Umeå.
- I'm a bit of a fish geek so I was out to see if there was any fish playing. Suddenly I saw something dark in the water.
After a while, William realized that it was an otter he saw.
- It dragged on a big salmon and fought, you saw it was hard.
"Hope it came back"Suddenly, the otter disappeared without bringing its prey.
Did it give up?
"One must hope that it came back when it had killed such a fine salmon," laughs William.
He is satisfied with his natural experience.
- It was fantastic to see and I understand that it is not so common to see an otter so it was really fun.
