This Wednesday, a complaint for sexual assault was filed in Marseille against the new vice-president of the Independent Commission on Incest and Sexual Violence Against Children (Ciivise). For its part, the organization subsequently announced the withdrawal of Caroline Rey-Salmon.

The Independent Commission on Incest and Sexual Violence Against Children (Ciivise) announced on Wednesday the withdrawal of its vice-president Caroline Rey-Salmon, the subject of a complaint for sexual assault.

“The vice-president is withdrawing completely from the work of the commission throughout the investigation,” indicates Ciivise in a press release, evoking a withdrawal “indispensable for the serenity of the work” and for maintaining “confidence "victims.
