Algeria's Palestinian coach Noureddine Ould Ali has been involved in skirmishes with a Palestinian journalist after the 2-2 defeat of Singapore in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

Palestine suffered a surprise defeat in Singapore in the second round of
Group D matches, the Singapore team led by Mohammed Shaker bin Hamza in the fourth minute, Palestine responded with a goal by Yasser Hamad in the 13th minute, before Mohammed Safwan Bahruddin scored the winning goal for Singapore in the 39th minute.

Singapore topped Group D with four points, one ahead of second-placed Palestine.

During the post-match press conference, coach Ould Ali entered a skirmish with a journalist.

The Algerian coach apparently did not accept the journalist's question, protesting against the journalist before leaving, promising to return later to settle his old account with the journalist.

Ould Ali led Palestine a few days ago to win an important win at the beginning of the qualifying campaign at the expense of Uzbekistan with a clean double.

The Algerian coach took charge of the Palestine national team in April 2018 and aspires to lead the Fedayeen team to compete strongly during the current World Cup qualifiers.
