Abu Dhabi Police thwarted an attempt to smuggle 18 workers in a truck through the port of Khatam Al Shakla in Al Ain City, including a number of women, in an attempt to infiltrate the country illegally.

The Abu Dhabi Police had received security information in the presence of an attempted infiltration through the port of Khatam Al Shakla, and was coordinated with the General Directorate of Abu Dhabi Customs to seize the infiltrators.

Abu Dhabi Police praised the cooperation of strategic partners, and their fruitful efforts that contributed to the arrest of infiltrators, stressing that there is no complacency with anyone begging himself to tamper with the security and safety of the homeland.
