“Therefore, it would be good for the state to adopt a clear law, conditionally speaking, about coexistence,” he said.
Earlier, Vakarchuk proposed that negotiators with Russia from Ukraine, not authorized by official Kiev, be imprisoned for up to 15 years.
In May, the ex-president of Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk, in an interview with the FAN, recommended the Ukrainian leader, Vladimir Zelensky, to establish a dialogue with Russia.
