“Secretary of State Michael Pompeo spoke yesterday with British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt and discussed key international priorities, including resolving conflicts in Yemen and Libya and ensuring the security of critical infrastructure, including 5G,” the statement said.

As noted, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to continuing diplomatic efforts to end hostilities in Libya and to return to the political process.

They also reaffirmed support for the efforts of the special envoy of the UN Secretary General for Yemen, Martin Griffiths.
