According to the website of the Ministry of Water Resources, the water level of the Changzhuang Reservoir (medium) in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province continues to drop, and the danger has been effectively controlled; after the Guojiazui Reservoir (small) is out of danger, temporary measures will be taken on both sides of the dam. Excavation of diversion ditch to increase flood discharge measures; follow-up will increase the risk observation of the dam body, continue to increase the excavation efforts, increase the discharge volume and reduce the water level.

The news pointed out that due to the recent heavy rainfall, the Yihe River, a tributary of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, the Jialu River, a tributary of the upper reaches of the Shaying River in the middle reaches of the Huai River, and the Dasha River, the Communism Canal, and Weihe River, a tributary of the Zhangwei South Canal in the southern part of the Haihe River, have been flooded.
