Suspicion of driving "road rage" on a bicycle Not charged with arrested man September 24, 21:04

On the 24th, the prosecution did not prosecute a man who was arrested for injuring his opponent's car by doing what appears to be driving on a bicycle in Tokyo.

A 43-year-old man in Suginami-ku, Tokyo was arrested in June on suspicion of damage to property in a shopping district near JR Ogikubo Station for intentionally hitting a car with a bicycle and injuring him.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, it was recorded on a drive recorder, etc. that the person was doing what seems to be driving on a bicycle.

On the other hand, the man denied the charges, saying that he did not hit him on purpose.

On the 24th, the Tokyo Provincial Prosecutor's Office dismissed the charges for insufficient evidence.
