Suspect arrested for dragging police officer with car after attempted indecent assault. In January, when he tried to take a middle school girl into his car for obscene purposes on the street in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, he dragged a police officer who was trying to question him with his car.
The 32-year-old police officer suffered serious injuries that took six months to fully recover, including damage to his knee ligaments. The suspect arrested was Yosuke Kubota (46), an unemployed man from Katsutadai.
