Nearly 385,000 dead in nine years, the Syrian conflict is entering its tenth year today. Today, the conflict has left hundreds of thousands of people dead and millions of displaced and refugees. Agnès Levallois, vice-president of the Mediterranean Middle East Research and Studies Institute (Iremmo), answers questions from Marie Cazanove.
