  The "Catalogue" is based on the "Green Industry Guidance Catalog (2019 Edition)" and revised in conjunction with the new situation, new tasks and new requirements of green development.

The "Catalogue" is divided into three levels, including 7 categories of first-level catalogs, 31 categories of second-level catalogs, and 246 categories of third-level catalogs.

The "Catalogue" and its explanations clarify key green and low-carbon transformation industries such as energy conservation and carbon reduction industries, environmental protection industries, resource recycling industries, energy green and low-carbon transformation, ecological protection, restoration and utilization, infrastructure green upgrades, and green services. The subdivisions and specific connotations provide support for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of economic and social development, and provide a basis for various localities and departments to formulate and improve relevant industry support policies.

  During the application and implementation process of the "Catalogue", all localities and departments can introduce and improve relevant policies and measures based on the development focus of their respective regions and fields and based on the "Catalogue"; formulate, revise, refine and refine the catalog, sub-categories or expand the catalog based on actual work conditions. .
