  Since the ice and snow season, Harbin’s ice and snow tourism has become popular, attracting Chinese and foreign tourists.

Since January, more than 72,000 passengers have arrived and departed from Harbin Airport every day, showing a growth trend in "ice and snow tourism". The passenger load rate of flights to Harbin from cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, and Chongqing has exceeded 90%, some flights are full.

  Data show that Harbin Airport’s air transport production continues to rise, with single-day passenger throughput hitting new highs. After breaking the record with 74,629 passengers on January 14, it hit a record high of 74,805 passengers on the 21st, and 75,035 on the 23rd. The number of visitors, 78,069 on the 24th, hit a record high, and the record has been broken four times this year.

  In order to meet the travel needs of passengers, Harbin Airport continues to enrich its route network, actively strives for airlines to increase their investment in transportation capacity, and increases the density of flights to Harbin from cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Chongqing. Major cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen have put wide-body aircraft into operation.

  Currently, Harbin Airport operates about 500 flights every day, including up to 26 wide-body aircraft.

As of the 24th, Harbin Airport has ensured a total of 11,325 flight takeoffs and landings this year, and completed a passenger throughput of 1.733 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 24.7% and 47.2% respectively.
