China News Service, January 24th. Yun Donglai, Deputy Director of the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, introduced at the fourth quarter press conference of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that carrying out public employment service activities is an important measure to promote the matching of labor supply and demand. Employment is an important starting point throughout the year.

Based on the job search needs of all types of workers and the operating rules of the labor market, the "10+N" public employment service series activities will continue to be launched in 2024, striving to achieve recruitment every month and continuous services.

The service targets of the activities cover key groups such as college graduates, migrant workers, people with employment difficulties, and various employment enterprises. The time is distributed every month throughout the year. Among them, the first ones to be carried out are "Spring Breeze Action" and "Employment Assistance Month".

Yun Donglai said that the "Spring Breeze Action" will be held from late January to early April, with the theme of "Spring Breeze Brings Jobs to Promote Employment and Precise Services to Assist Development", focusing on rural workers and employers in need of labor. Carry out services such as guiding orderly outings, promoting nearby employment and returning to hometowns to start businesses, organizing recruitment and employment, and strive to achieve the goals of stabilizing employment and increasing people's livelihood and well-being, ensuring employment and promoting enterprise development, and increasing market confidence.

Yun Donglai said that the activities mainly include six aspects: first, to determine the demand.

Go deep into rural communities and enterprise workshops to conduct "employment interviews with people" and "enterprise interviews with needs", and use a variety of methods to understand workers' employment willingness and enterprise employment needs.

The second is to clarify the measures.

Establish a three-dimensional online and offline publicity matrix, release various event arrangements on a rolling basis, and introduce employment and entrepreneurship policies and relevant labor and security regulations.

The third is intensive recruitment.

Make full use of online carriers such as public recruitment websites and short video platforms as well as crowded places such as square stations and supermarkets, make good use of the "15-minute employment service circle", and launch "large and comprehensive", "specialized and refined" and "small And the United States” recruitment activities.

The fourth is organizational docking.

Carry out joint recruitment, on-site recruitment, and group delivery of labor in labor importing and exporting regions, organize special docking of labor brands, and make good use of chartered cars, special trains, and chartered flights to help workers travel smoothly for work.

The fifth is to support entrepreneurship.

Excavate a number of entrepreneurial incubation bases and returning entrepreneurship park site resources, sort out a set of policies, services, and financial full-chain support measures, and organize a round of entrepreneurial mentors to enter the park and the countryside to support the innovation and entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers and young people who have returned to the countryside.

Sixth, heart-warming service.

Organize "warmth" activities for migrant workers who still stick to their posts during the Spring Festival, and accurately promote a number of door-to-door jobs and skills training opportunities for older migrant workers.

Provide jobs, policies, services, and skills to people affected by earthquakes, floods, freezes, and other disasters to help them overcome difficulties as soon as possible.

The entire event is expected to provide 30 million jobs.

Yun Donglai introduced that the "Employment Assistance Month" activities for people with employment difficulties and disabled and unemployed people are currently being carried out.

Various regions have successively opened "employment caravans" and organized special job fairs. Relevant provinces have also developed temporary public welfare positions for people in earthquake-stricken areas, provided tracking employment services and psychological counseling, and coordinated the donation of urgently needed supplies such as medical care and cold protection to fully protect the victims. The people should resume production and life as soon as possible.
