With a total length of 1269,7 kilometers, the Wari Railway, from Watang Town, Xingxian County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province in the west, to Rizhao City, Shandong Province in the east, through the three provinces of Shanxi, Henan and Shandong, and Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Kowloon, Beijing-Shanghai and other seven major railway trunk lines and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Yellow Sea are interconnected, which is an important heavy-haul channel for energy into the sea in China, and is also China's first heavy-haul railway with 30-ton axle load built at one time.

Since its opening at the end of 2014, the Wari Railway has given full play to the advantages of regional location, improved heavy-haul technology, and improved the efficiency of transportation organization. At the end of 2017, the 1,96-ton heavy-haul train was successfully operated for the first time, and the new heavy-haul vehicle with a load of 120 tons and a total weight of <> tons was first designed and manufactured in China.

As the main unit of the operation and management of the Wari Railway, Jinyulu Railway Passage Co., Ltd. actively promotes the construction of collection and distribution facilities along the line.
