Gaza war: Iran raises its voice against the US

The war in Gaza is also escalating tensions between Iran and the United States. Tehran and its allies regularly attack Israel and its allies, as seen with the Houthis' attacks on ships in the Red Sea and attacks on US troops in Iraq.

As the war drags on in the Gaza Strip and Tehran's allies have stepped up attacks on Israel over the past 24 hours. Iran's foreign minister raised his voice against the United States: "The United States must immediately cease its massive military support to the Israeli regime. They must not doubt for a moment that there will be no victory for the Israeli regime in Gaza. »

The warning comes two days after Israel assassinated a senior Iranian commander in Damascus, who had been tasked for more than two decades with aiding Hezbollah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Iran has vowed revenge against Israel.

This comes as Lebanon's Hezbollah has stepped up operations against Israel in the north and the Houthis have launched attacks on ships in the Red Sea that wanted to go to Israeli ports.

The conflict that began more than 80 days ago in the Gaza Strip is increasingly spreading to the region, especially as pro-Iranian militias have also targeted US bases in Iraq.
