The main scene on the obverse of the commemorative banknote is a dragon pattern, with the national emblem of the People's Republic of China, the "People's Bank of China" and the seal "dragon" on the top, and the glorious and light-changing denomination number "20" and the Chinese character "贰拾元" below, dynamic holographic pattern, transparent window, Braille denomination mark and serial number.

2. Back pattern

The reverse of the two-color copper alloy commemorative coin features a dragon image combining traditional Chinese paper-cutting art with decorative New Year painting elements, lined with lanterns and Ganoderma lucidum, and the word "Jiachen" is printed on the left side of the coin.

The main scene on the back of the commemorative banknote is a children's dragon dance lantern pattern, supplemented by the decorative pattern of Beijing courtyard houses, with the denomination number "20" and the Chinese pinyin letter "YUAN" on the top, and the flower and dynamic holographic pattern on the bottom, the year number "2024", the president's seal, the denomination number "20", the Chinese pinyin of the People's Bank of China and the words "People's Bank of China Ershiyuan" in Mongolian, Tibetan, Uyghur and Zhuang ethnic languages.

Two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes are issued by appointment exchange. The specific issuance work arrangements are as follows:

1. Banking financial institutions that undertake the exchange of appointments

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Postal Savings Bank of China, Huaxia Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Ping An Bank, Huishang Bank, Bank of Changsha and Shaanxi Rural Credit Cooperatives Association (hereinafter referred to as the appointment undertaking banks) jointly undertake the reservation and exchange of two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes for the 2024 Chinese New Year. The public can make an appointment to register through online channels such as the official website of the reservation undertaking bank or at the reservation exchange outlets announced by the reservation undertaking bank during business hours.

4. Schedule the appointment verification period

The booking verification period is from January 2024 to January 1, 7. The public can go to the designated bank outlets to make an appointment for exchange business at the agreed time with a valid identity document registered in the reservation system.

6. Reservation redemption limit

The 2024 Chinese New Year two-color copper alloy commemorative coins are reserved and exchanged for a limit of 20 pieces per person. The 2024 Lunar New Year commemorative banknotes are limited to 20 pieces per person.

7. ID requirements

The 2024 Chinese New Year two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes must be the original second-generation resident ID card. If the application is handled on behalf of another person, the original valid second-generation resident ID card of the agent and the person being represented must be provided, and the number of persons to be represented shall not exceed 5. If the original second-generation resident identity card cannot be issued due to the loss of the original second-generation resident identity card, or the minor has not applied for the second-generation resident identity card, the household registration booklet or temporary resident identity card may be used to handle it.

8. Announcement of reservation redemption information

The Shanghai headquarters of the People's Bank of China, all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and Shenzhen branches will announce the progress of the reservation exchange in various parts of the jurisdiction on their official websites every working day during the scheduled exchange period of the 2024 Chinese New Year two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes, and announce the supervision and reporting telephone numbers of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country during the issuance of the <> Chinese New Year two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes. (4) Public anti-counterfeiting features of two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes

1. 2024 Chinese New Year two-color copper alloy commemorative coin public security features

(1) Bimetallic structure and core composite

The outer ring of the coin is made of brass alloy, and the inner core is made of nickel strip composite cupronickel with unique machine-readable properties. The effect of anti-counterfeiting features is shown in Figure 1.

(3) Invisible graphics and texts

By tilting the coin at an appropriate angle, two sets of invisible images consisting of three "10s" and "RMB" can be seen within the outline of the number "3" on the obverse. The effect of the anti-counterfeiting feature is shown in Figure 10.

(4) Microtext

At the bottom of the denomination "10" on the obverse of the coin, the miniature text "RMB 10 YUAN" can be observed. The effect of the anti-counterfeiting feature is shown in Figure 4.

2. Public security features of the 2024 Chinese New Year commemorative banknote

(1) Dynamic holography

Located below the face of the ticket. Changing the viewing angle, the decorative patterns composed of "Ruyi Moire", "Entangled Peony" and "Fu" can be seen on the front of the ticket, showing multi-color dynamic characteristics. The effect of anti-counterfeiting features is shown in Figure 6.

(2) Transparent window

Located below the face of the ticket. On the back of the ticket, you can see the decorative pattern of the word "Fu" in the "Ruyi Flower Window", showing a golden effect. The effect of the anti-counterfeiting feature is shown in Figure 7.

(3) Brilliant light change pattern

It is located on the right side of the front of the ticket. Changing the viewing angle, the color of the denomination number "20" changes between green and blue, and a circular halo effect is visible. The effect of the security feature is shown in Figure 8.

(4) Engraving gravure pattern

The national emblem on the front of the ticket, the name of the "People's Bank of China", the seal of the seal "Dragon", the shape of the dragon, the Chinese character "贰拾元", the Braille denomination mark, the denomination number "20" on the back of the ticket, the Chinese pinyin letter "YUAN", the children's dragon dance lantern pattern, the year number "2024", the president's seal, the Chinese pinyin letter of "People's Bank of China" and the words "People's Bank of China 贰拾元" in Mongolian, Tibetan, Uyghur and Zhuang ethnic languages are all engraved and intaglio.

(5) Two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes have the same function as the current RMB in circulation, and are equivalent to the RMB of the same denomination.
