The event was held by Keidanren and other organizations, and was attended by Takeshi Saito, President of ENEOS Holdings, who serves as the chairman of Keidanren's Environment Committee, and senior officials from the Ministry of the Environment.

In addition, executives from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Toyota Motor Corporation took the stage to explain the development of power generation technologies using hydrogen and ammonia, which do not emit carbon dioxide when burned, and the strategy for decarbonization by utilizing various environmental technologies as well as electric vehicles.
According to Keidanren, the carbon dioxide emissions of the approximately 60 member industry groups have decreased by 2013.20% compared to fiscal 8, and the reduction is progressing steadily.
