He made the corresponding statement during his speech at the Russian Bond Congress.

"For the Ministry of Finance, the project for the placement of replacement bonds continues to be one of the priorities... decided that, probably, it would be more correct for us to implement this project next year," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

According to him, the postponement was justified by the huge load on both the organizers of the placement and the infrastructure on the part of the corporate segment.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Finance of Russia paid a coupon in rubles for the issue of sovereign Eurobonds maturing in 2025.
