On the 28th, Yu Chengdong focused on Huawei's latest progress in AEB at the press conference. "On the basis of high-end intelligent driving capabilities, the evolved omnidirectional collision avoidance system CAS2.0 realizes forward and rear and lateral active safety capabilities, and the forward AEB supports active braking at a speed of 120 km/h, achieving earlier identification and faster braking."
He also showed five comparison videos about AEB technology. The video shows that the Zhijie S7 surpasses its competitors in terms of forward and backward AEB, as well as strong glare recognition of pedestrians at night.
