The National Innovation Index Report 2022-2023 selects 40 countries comparable to China (whose total R&D investment accounts for more than 95% of the world's total and GDP accounts for more than 85% of the world's) as the evaluation object, and constructs an evaluation index system from five dimensions: innovation resources, knowledge creation, enterprise innovation, innovation performance and innovation environment.
