When you think of "infrastructure madness", what is the scene that comes to mind? Or is it still traditional reinforced concrete?

Recently, the author followed the offline visit group of "One River and Clear Water Flows Eastward and Promoting the High-quality Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt" to interview the construction sites of a number of infrastructure projects in Zhangjiagang, Changzhou, Yangzhou, Huzhou, Hangzhou and Ningbo. What we saw and heard along the way updated our understanding - the "infrastructure madness" has changed!

Bridge construction across the river: "intelligent manufacturing" of bridges demonstrates scientific and technological progress

On the shore side of Zhangjiagang, less than 50 meters away from the river, equipment roars and cranes are lined up. Engineers from CCCC Second Harbor Bureau, a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., are building a super "castle" underground, which is the south anchorage of the south channel of the Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge, which is the world's largest composite wall anchorage foundation, and has entered the stage of tackling tough problems.

The 7859,<>-meter-long section of the Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge connects the three cities of Suzhou, Taizhou and Nantong. During the construction of the bridge, it has achieved six "world's best" - the world's largest span suspension bridge, the highest suspension bridge pylon, the longest high-strength main cable, the largest composite ground wall anchor foundation, the largest continuous length steel box girder, and the largest displacement telescopic device.

A series of unmanned equipment was used in the construction of the bridge. The world's first unmanned electric mixer truck realizes the functions of collaborative perception, trajectory tracking, path planning, and behavior decision-making of electric mixer truck production tasks; The unmanned loader can carry out the optimal path autonomous planning and realize unmanned driving. These technological innovations have broken the traditional concrete production model and successfully built a green, modular and unmanned concrete production plant.

At the same time, the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge, which connects Changzhou and Taixing in Jiangsu Province, has begun to show its majesty. This bridge is currently under construction of the world's largest span of road-rail cable-stayed bridge, and is also the only one in the country that integrates expressway, intercity railway, and first-class highway trinity across the river. The Changtai Yangtze River Bridge adopts the upper and lower decks, the upper deck is a two-way 6-lane highway with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour, and the lower bridge deck is a two-line intercity railway with a design speed of 200 kilometers per hour and an ordinary highway with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour.

Changzhou is located at the "golden node" of the "cross intersection" of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the central axis of Jiangsu, and is an important gateway of Jiangsu Province's "north-south linkage and cross-river integration". The person in charge of the project said that the construction of the bridge will not only provide employment for a large number of industrial workers, but also drive the development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains of the Yangtze River. After the completion of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge, the travel time between Taixing and Changzhou will be shortened to half an hour, and the flow of people and logistics in southern and northern Jiangsu will be smoother.

Ecological water control: "Hundreds of rivers and thousands of rivers" make water towns come alive

Compared with the grandeur of the bridge construction, the treatment of rural rivers and lakes is more "thin and long-flowing", but it also brings intuitive changes to people's lives.

Shen Fengyong, deputy mayor of Linghu Township, said that what was once a mess of fish ponds and dirt roads has become a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. The fishing house can not only accommodate 120 people at the same time, but also meet the needs of family and friends gatherings and accommodation. It is reported that the fishing center is still in the trial operation stage, but even on weekdays, the utilization rate of the fishing house can reach 60%, including many anglers from Shanghai, Hangzhou and other Yangtze River Delta regions.

Linghu International Fishing Center is introduced and built by the government on the basis of the comprehensive treatment results of the "Baiyang Thousand Rivers" water system in Huzhou City. The construction area of the comprehensive treatment of the "Baiyang Thousand Rivers" water system is about 702 square kilometers, including 83 village river network water systems, 5 village rivers, 20 major lakes and 5 backbone rivers, as well as the supporting construction of Shixi Bridge, 16 gate stations and flood control roads.

According to Wen Yigang, deputy general manager of Huzhou CCCC Investment and Development Co., Ltd., the project builder, the project construction not only realizes the comprehensive planning of rivers, lakes and rivers, but also deliberately retains the native trees and plants along the coast in some areas, and integrates the fish culture, silk culture and granary culture of Nanxun into river governance, showing different levels of ecological communities and cultural landscapes, which are quite popular with tourists.

Build a film factory: more "blockbusters" will go out in Jiangsu

The genes of infrastructure are integrated into film and television cultural tourism, what sparks can collide?

The Yangzhou Airport Film and Television Base, jointly invested and constructed by CCCC Third Harbor Bureau and Guangguang Media, is about to be completed. Waterfalls, tsunamis, lightning and thunder, sunny beaches, passionate drag racing, large-scale shootouts, space sci-fi... Most of the film and television dramas you can think of can be filmed in one stop in this "film factory". The base adopts the mixed ownership management model of "government + central enterprise + private enterprise", and is the first PPP project of CCCG in the cross-border film and television cultural tourism industry.

The total construction area of the first phase of the base is about 25,19 square meters, and a total of 10 studios will be built. Among them, the largest No. 1 studio covers an area of nearly 32,7 square meters, with a total height of 10.8000 meters, which is equivalent to a 8-story building. The most distinctive studio is an underwater studio covering an area of more than <>,<> square meters, with a maximum water depth of <> meters, including an indoor water feature pool, an indoor character pool, an indoor lazy river, etc., which can meet most of the needs of landscaping and waves.

Li Guilin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Investment Division of CCCC Third Harbor Bureau, said that it is expected that within three to five years, Yangzhou Film and Television Base will produce 100 film and television dramas and gather 300 high-quality industrial entities. In the future, it will not only be a new benchmark for the industrial production of films in Jiangsu and even China, but also create various immersive experience tourism products in the park, create a new business card for Yangzhou tourism around film and television cultural tourism, and improve the city's external influence.

Changing cages for birds: small but beautiful communities of the future show people-oriented

The construction of "small but beautiful" urban complexes clearly outlines the blueprint of people's life of clothing, food, housing and transportation. In Fuchunwan New Town, located in Fuyang, Hangzhou, there is a primary school that has won the 2022 World Design Awards - Future Primary School. What's so great about this school?

Xia Jianxun, principal of Fuchunwan Future Primary School, said that the school will directly introduce teachers and experience from Hangzhou's top public schools in the future to attract more high-quality talents. He believes that the school is not only the core of parents and neighborhoods, but also the core of culture. Enterprises and hospitals in Xincheng need talents, and only with good basic education can they retain talents.

According to the data, Fuyang was once the "hometown of papermaking" in China, and nearly 500 papermakers were located here. While they create jobs and wealth for Fuyang, they also bring huge environmental pollution. With Fuyang's "strong man breaking his wrist" and actively cooperating with the transformation, the old city with many chimneys has now become a new city of Fuchun Bay that integrates the future city experience hall, high-quality enterprises, primary schools, residences, and convenient transportation. This livable modern version of the "Fuchun Mountain Residence" is inseparable from the depiction of China's infrastructure.
