The "Report of the State Council on the Implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan Since the Beginning of this Year" pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the implementation of the plan has been generally good, and the national economy has continued to recover and generally rebounded. In the first seven months, 7.1910 million new business entities were established, including 2.579 million enterprises, an increase of 1% and 12.15% respectively year-on-year; In the first seven months, a total of 6 enterprises were listed in initial public offerings (IPOs) and raised 7.210 billion yuan.
The report pointed out that the export of goods in the first seven months increased by 7.1% year-on-year, of which the export of electric manned vehicles, lithium-ion batteries and solar cells increased by 5.52%. Trade in knowledge-intensive services grew rapidly, and trade in travel services recovered significantly, with imports and exports of services increasing by 4.8% year-on-year in the first half of the year. Promote the implementation of landmark projects of foreign investment, and the steady development of foreign trade and foreign investment.
The report shows that in the first seven months, imports and exports with countries along the "Belt and Road" increased by 7.7%, and the volume of China-Europe trains and goods sent increased by 4% and 13% respectively, and the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" continued to advance.
China will ensure national food security in eight aspects
The "Report of the State Council on the Work of Ensuring National Food Security" shows that China's grain output has been stable at more than 8.1 trillion jin for eight consecutive years, and the grain output in 3 will be 2022,13731.386 billion jin, and the grain yield per mu will be 8.5 kg, an increase of 498.13 billion jin and 486 kg respectively over five years ago; Per capita food consumption reached 1.400 kg, above the internationally recognized food security line of <> kg.
The report points out that national food security will be guaranteed in eight aspects, including strengthening the food security system and capacity building, vigorously implementing the storage of grain in the land, actively promoting the use of stored grain in technology, increasing support for agricultural protection, effectively improving the ability of food regulation and control, accelerating the construction of a modern food industry and circulation system, continuously improving the capacity of diversified food supply, and in-depth food conservation and loss reduction actions.

From January to July this year, the total amount of social logistics in the country was 1.7 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 189.9%. From the perspective of structure, the two-way drive of basic industries and upgrading industries supports the continuous growth of industrial logistics. In July, the total logistics of raw material manufacturing increased by 4.7% year-on-year, 7 percentage points faster than in June. In particular, the steel and petroleum processing industries both grew at a year-on-year rate of about 8%, accelerating from the previous month. In addition, with the extension of the industry to high-end and green transformation, logistics demand in related fields has maintained rapid growth. In July, the total logistics of aerospace vehicle and equipment manufacturing and intelligent consumer equipment increased by more than 8% year-on-year.

The total import logistics in the first seven months was 7.10 trillion yuan
From the perspective of import logistics, the total amount of imported logistics from January to July was 1.7 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.1%. In addition, people's livelihood consumption logistics continued to grow steadily. From January to July, the total logistics of units and residential goods increased by 13.8% year-on-year, a slight increase of 1.7 percentage points over the first half of the year. Offline logistics such as restaurants, department stores, and convenience stores continued to pick up, and the total amount of catering-related logistics increased by more than 10%.
China Council for the Promotion of International Trade: The cumulative number of certificates issued in July increased by 7.12% year-on-year;
China Council for the Promotion of International Trade introduced on August 8: In July this year, the national trade promotion system issued a total of 30,7 certificates of origin and other certificates, an increase of 54.62% over the previous year. The number of RCEP certificates of origin visas in the national trade promotion system was 12,82, a year-on-year increase of 17298.27%; There are 03,3416 certified enterprises, a year-on-year increase of 20.03%, and it is expected that a total of 0.09 million US dollars will be reduced by tariffs for China's products in RCEP importing member countries.
