He said this in an exclusive interview with RT on the sidelines of the International Economic Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum".

"This is not an easy task. Because, for example, in order to hand over 103 million last year, we worked very actively for three years. Moreover, I remind you that we have grown, that in 2020 we had commissioned 82 million, then, in 2021, 92 million, and in 2022, almost 103 million. And, of course, it is not easy to grow such dynamics there, at 10%, at 8% per year, "said the Deputy Prime Minister.

The difficulties are due to the fact that the sites are running out free, and there is not enough engineering capacity, Khusnullin explained.

"All the same, the economic situation affects that people are thinking about whether or not to take apartments. Although we very seriously support preferential mortgages, and stimulate it. Therefore, we see that this year we are likely to hand over 103 million. At the end of four months, we see that we are ahead of 7% in multi-apartment housing," he said.

As the Deputy Prime Minister noted earlier, in 2022, housing commissioning in Russia increased by 10% and for the first time in the entire post-Soviet period exceeded 101.5 million square meters.
