Rogov said that Ukraine completely cut off the supply of electricity to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant

Rogov stressed that now ZNPP is completely de-energized from external sources.

Earlier, the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, said that he should negotiate with Russia on the situation around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, and he is doing it.

Also, UN Secretary General António Guterres noted that the UN is ready to provide its services in order to reach an agreement on a security zone around the ZNPP.
