Oriental Land, which operates Tokyo Disneyland and others, has announced that it will leave it to the discretion of both visitors and employees to decide whether to wear masks at the two theme parks from the 13th of this month.

From the 13th of this month, the government has decided to entrust the wearing of masks as a countermeasure against the new corona to individual judgment.



In response to this, Oriental Land will entrust the wearing of masks in the parks at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture from the 13th of this month to individual decisions for both visitors and employees.



On top of that, we will continue to ask for your cooperation in basic infection control measures such as maintaining a certain distance between people.

On the other hand, USJ = Universal Studios Japan, a theme park in Osaka, has already decided on a policy to entrust the wearing of masks to visitors from the 13th of this month.



Employees working in the park will continue to wear masks for the time being.
