The publicly announced land price of the Tony Moly (71㎡) site in Chungmuro ​​2-ga, the 4th in land price, also fell 8.0% to 156.4 million won.



Sites around Myeong-dong and Chungmuro ​​still ranked in the top 1 to 8, but the official land price fell all at once.



In ninth place is business land (747.7㎡) in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the official land price next year will decrease by 5.0% to 117.3 million won.

The second place in the official price of a standard detached house is Lee Hae-wook, chairman of DL (formerly Daelim Group), in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu (total floor area: 2,617.4㎡), with an official price of 18.2 billion won next year.
