In particular, one of the ideas is to launch a preferential mortgage program for them.

Earlier, the first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Russia, Ksenia Yudaeva, allowed the restriction of consumer loans with a floating rate for individuals, however, she noted that they would remain for mortgages.
