The specific punishment is that on July 8, 2022, the parties marinated the combination package of shiitake mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, and crab-flavored mushrooms that expired on the same day. On July 9, the pickled mushrooms were roasted and made into common Rolled loose grilled beef pizza, patted grilled Australian beef, milk fragrant cheese mushroom tapas and other meals, this behavior should be identified as the use of expired food ingredients.
The Beijing Haidian District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered the parties to correct the above-mentioned illegal acts, and decided to impose a fine of 100,000 yuan; 463 yuan of illegal gains were confiscated.
