Sun Xiao, spokesperson of CCPIT and Secretary General of China Chamber of International Commerce, introduced that from January to September, the national trade promotion system issued a cumulative certificate of origin. 4,002,300 certificates of various types such as ATA carnets, commercial certificates, etc., an increase of 5.66% over the previous year.

  Among them, the non-preferential certificate of origin visa amount was 269.143 billion US dollars, an increase of 18.9% year-on-year; the number of visas was 2.587 million, a year-on-year increase of 5.48%.

The amount of preferential certificate of origin visas was US$45.628 billion, a year-on-year increase of 32.73%; the number of visas was 1,004,200, a year-on-year increase of 26.66%.

CCPIT actively guides enterprises to make full use of the RCEP preferential policies. In the first nine months, 108,600 RCEP certificates have been issued, with a visa amount of US$5.003 billion. It is expected to reduce tariffs of US$75 million for Chinese products in RCEP importing member countries.

  Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia, in order to help enterprises stabilize orders and stabilize the market, CCPIT has specially opened a "green channel" for commercial certification, coordinating relevant departments to develop overseas markets for enterprises and undertake overseas projects to quickly handle related businesses.

From January to September, a total of 65 companies applying for green channels have been assisted to complete commercial certification involving 34 countries, involving a contract value of nearly 5.972 billion US dollars, saving the company an average of 8 days of consular certification, and the longest saving is 30 days.
