According to Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne, there would be a "significant improvement in service stations with" less than 25% "of them out of at least one fuel. A figure down from Monday, where a just over 28% of stations experienced difficulties in France.

Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne reported on Tuesday a "significant improvement" in service stations, of which less than a quarter are now deprived of fuel, instead of a third, due to a strike movement in depots and refineries.

"Thanks to the end of the conflict at Esson-ExxonMobil, thanks to all the measures we have taken, we are now experiencing a significant improvement in the situation," said Ms. Borne during the session of questions to the government in the Assembly.

“At the national level, less than 25% of service stations were out of fuel (fuel) at noon, against 30% last weekend”, she argued the day after a meeting at the Elysée where President Emmanuel Macron had asked that the crisis be resolved "as soon as possible".
