"Human Resources and Emiratisation" Presents Its Latest Smart Systems at GITEX

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation is participating in the "GITEX" exhibition, which started today and will continue until October 14, at the Dubai World Trade Center - Sheikh Saeed Hall.



In line with the ministry’s orientations aimed at digital transformation in providing its services, the most prominent new technologies that it has introduced to serve customers will be presented, such as the awareness program through the “self-direction” service and the new communication channel through the “WhatsApp” application, in addition to the smart application of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the smart communication system and the platform. The Ministry will introduce the public to the awareness program for the "self-direction" service.



Guidance and guidance services through the smart application also include awareness of how to file a labor complaint, the method of communication with the Ministry through its available channels, and the definition of the rights and duties of the two parties to the work relationship, working hours, vacations, and other legal provisions.



The ministry also presents the new channel of communication with its customers, which it recently launched through the “WhatsApp” application in both Arabic and English, to become the first federal entity to have a documented business account on the application owned by “Meta”.



The Ministry’s WhatsApp page allows employers, workers, domestic workers, and other categories of the public to communicate in a flexible and easy manner around the clock, and to inquire about “request status”, which is one of the most used services through the Ministry’s website, smart application and call center, and the ability to View the Decree-Law Regulating Labor Relationships and its executive regulations, the Domestic Workers Law and the ministerial decisions regulating the labor market in the country in a reliable and approved manner in a manner that protects the privacy of customers’ data.



  The smart application of the Ministry aims to conduct the transactions of establishments and domestic workers easily and safely, and to keep them proactively informed of the status of their facilities and workers to avoid fines and violations. It also provides a virtual labor market service that allows users to intelligently access and submit job offers.



   The application also enables the customer to benefit from the latest updates in the application, which include the grievance service, self-evaluation, guidance, and the cancellation of a worker who has a labor case, and a control panel has been added that reflects the Emiratisation information in the G2G application, and pension information in the G2G application, and updating links in the application settings ( Example: Labor Market Magazine, Terms and Privacy Policy, and the UAE Government’s Promise for Future Services).



The update also added the history of the facility category in the facility control panel, the service of canceling a worker outside the country, the facility opening package, the facility update package, and the three visits package: the job offer request, the work contract, the initial approval of the work permit, the payment of the initial approval fee for the work permit, and the delivery of the work contract. Three services were launched for the auxiliary worker, which are the end-of-service account service, the registration of a labor complaint, and the complaint of late payment of wages.



Other updates included the provision of services for canceling an unused work permit, canceling a temporary work permit, canceling a deceased worker, canceling a worker for an infectious disease, canceling a used work permit, and a dashboard was launched for the assistant worker to view personal documents, in addition to launching three direct services related to auxiliary employment, which is the issuance New residence, cancellation of entry permit, modification of status.



After the update, a feature was developed when long pressing on the application, during which options appear that enable the customer to move to the desired page automatically, and the customer's pulse system was developed, linking smart services, and enhancing the quality of services to increase usage rates.



One of the characteristics of the application is the use of artificial intelligence and big data and the provision of services proactively. The design of the application also combines innovation in the use of technology and providing the best user experience, taking into account the simplicity of browsing and design, and the flow and interdependence of services to ensure consistency of the experience and positive impact.



The Ministry has developed the smart communication system to become the first government agency to implement the system in a proactive manner, as it completes electronic transactions with the remote work system and provides electronic services around the clock. The system has smart features that allow checking attachments and transaction data for 40 remote services. The system supports the ministry’s smart and digital transformation process .



One of the objectives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s participation in GITEX is to introduce visitors to the “Nafis” program, a federal government program that aims to raise the competitive efficiency of Emirati cadres and enable them to occupy jobs in the private sector in the country during the next five years. Which aims to achieve a qualitative leap in the development path in the UAE.



The program aims to improve the Emirati human development system and prepare productive cadres in the private sector to achieve the goals of effective economic participation in a way that supports the country’s economy, build a partnership between the public and private sectors, lay the foundations for providing 75,000 jobs in the private sector during the next five years for citizens, and provide guidance, vocational training, guidance and advice services For participants in the program to enhance the attractiveness of the private sector to Emirati cadres.
