China News Service, September 15th. Recently, the Bilibili trademark was rejected at Station B, which has attracted attention.

According to media reports, recently, the first-instance judgment of Shanghai Huandian Information Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Station B, and the State Intellectual Property Office's information and telecommunications administration management was made public.

In this case, Station B announced a request for invalidation of the trademark “Bilibili” held by Jiande Foods.

The court held that Station B's claim was rejected because the evidence in the case was insufficient to prove that the cited trademark "BILIBILI" had a high reputation in the training and other services it was approved to use.

In response to this, Station B responded that in the past period of time, it has received complaints from users, reflecting that the "co-branded food" of the "Cat Village Chief" and "Bilibilibili" trademarks has been purchased on the e-commerce platform, ranging from coconut jelly to Suck jelly, there are many categories, and the quality is not good.

"These co-branded foods have nothing to do with Station B." Station B stated that the food category of Station B's related trademark "Bilibilibilibili" was preemptively registered by Four Seasons Self-made Culture Co., Ltd. in 2017, and the company later transferred the trademark to Jinjiang Jiande Food Co., Ltd. produces jelly and other sugar products and sells them on major e-commerce platforms, causing consumers to mistake them for official joint or authorized products of station B.
