Tomorrow... the start of the period of banning the transactions of insiders of listed companies

 The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange announced that the period of banning the transactions of insiders of listed companies will start from tomorrow, Friday, corresponding to 16 September.

The market stated - in a circular regarding the ban period for insider trading - that the ban period will continue until the full disclosure of the financial statements for the third quarter of this year 2022.

The market indicated that this decision will be circulated to all listed companies, all departments, approved brokers and investors in the market.

In accordance with Article No. /14/ of the Regulations on Trading, Clearing, Settlement, Transfer of Ownership and Custody of Securities from the decision of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority for the year 2001, the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of a company whose securities are listed in the market and its general manager or any
